I am in the business of change. Change can be overwhelming, even scary, at times. However with change, comes growth, and I would like to be part of that process to help you transform into the best version of yourself. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. My experience in the field includes over 10 years of working with adults with mild to severe mental health issues, substance abuse, and relationship problems; along with depression and anxiety. I want clients to feel confident and prepared to make the changes necessary to become their best self. I am here to help incorporate approaches that will meet the needs of each individual client in order to live the best life possible.

I began my career at the Jerome Golden Center for Behavioral Health, a community mental health agency, providing group therapy services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. I knew from the beginning that I had a deep interest and passion helping individuals suffering from such chronic and in many cases, heartbreaking disorders. However, with time invested and relationship oriented approaches, I was able to connect and build authentic and life changing encounters for both me and the clients I served. From there I have worked as a primary therapist at Center for Discovery with adolescents with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders along with their family members. I have worked as a lead therapist and assistant clinical director at the Harm Reduction Center serving individuals dealing from addiction and substance use disorders providing individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducational classes, and supervision and training for staff members.

If I’m not providing therapy services, signing up for a new counseling technique course, or listening to some psychology-oriented podcast then you can find me enjoying time with my family. I love cooking and particularly eating new foods, listening to jazz music, watching a crime drama tv show, or taking a beautiful walk in the park or beach.
