We treat our clinicians well so you get a provider who is refreshed, enthusiastic and able to provide top quality care. Here’s how we care for them, so they can care for you:
Our clinicians get an hour break every 4th session
They only see 5-6 clients/day
They only see the number of clients they feel comfortable with (typically less than 25/week)
They get stippens for continued education every year
They participate in supervision and consultation monthly, regardless of years of experience
They have admin staff to assist them in all the administrative tasks
They get competitively compensated
